Article 1 : Preamble

The present terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry under number 2341780 certificate 65807572-000-02-18-3 (hereinafter referred to as "We") and any person visiting or making a purchase via the www.superior-hair.com 

(hereinafter "You").

Any Internet user may consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the www.superior-hair.com (hereinafter the "Site"), at the following address:

As the General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, the conditions applicable are those in force on the Site at the date your order is placed.

We may modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. You are therefore advised to refer regularly to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which is permanently available at the following address:

Article 2 : Contract

You acknowledge that you have the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, i.e. that you are of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship. You acknowledge that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Placing an order implies your full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. We will also inform you when your order has been dispatched. To make sure you receive these emails, please add the following address to your contact list:

We will fulfil your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to our suppliers' availability. When you place your order, we inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase on the presentation page of each product. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be unavailable after your order, we will inform you by e-mail and invite you to cancel or modify your order. The data recorded on the site constitutes proof of the order. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full, and the applicable delivery times are those applicable on the day payment is received.



Article 3 : Prices

The prices displayed on the Site are in euros, and do not include shipping costs, order processing costs or gift-wrapping costs. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice.

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that a small number of items on our site may contain a pricing error. Please be assured, however, that we check prices during the shipping process. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the site, we will apply the lower price and send you your item. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the site, we will inform you and cancel your order, unless you choose to accept the order at the new price.

In the case of orders to countries other than Hong Kong, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. We are not responsible for these fees and charges. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We are not obliged to check or inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. We advise you to check with your local authorities.


Article 4 : Payment

Payment in full for your order must be made at the time the order is validated. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or advance.

The payment of your purchases is carried out:

- By credit card
- By PayPal

You guarantee that you have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment when you register your order.

Payments by cheque or bank transfer are not accepted.

In the event of late payment, we shall be entitled to claim interest on late payment, calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force and applicable from the date of the summons to pay.


Article 5 : Delivery

All our parcels are dispatched from our warehouses within 24/48 hours, except at weekends, when delivery takes 3 to 8 working days. We also offer loss and theft insurance to guarantee your order during transport. Our products are sent in over-protected bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes for optimum protection during transport. 

Delivery is made to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Delivery times vary according to the carrier you have chosen, and are indicated in working days, from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery in the United States or Europe. The order is dispatched once the full amount of your order has been received. This lead time is given as an indication only. In any case, in the event of a delay in shipment of more than 21 days, you have the right to cancel your order within 60 working days.

In very rare cases, delivery times may exceed 3 weeks. This is due to the current global health crisis and/or to the failure of carriers to deliver between countries.

The customer is required to have a mailbox that complies with postal standards, bears the customer's name and is in good condition. Superior Hair cannot be held responsible for any theft from the recipient's mailbox. If the package is returned to us as a result of an error or negligence on your part (incorrect address, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not pick up the package at the post office, ...), the cost of returning the products will be at your expense. Please note that these costs must be paid prior to reshipment.

In the event of delivery of a product that does not conform to your order, please contact our customer service department at the following address:

In this case, we will exchange the product. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition, and the package must not have been opened. Return postage will be refunded on presentation of proof of purchase.

Article 6 : Product description

All products sold on the site are new. Each product offered on the site is the subject of a detailed description in the online catalog. Information is provided by the manufacturer. Product photos and descriptions may not accurately reflect product characteristics, despite the care taken with these details. Under no circumstances may we be held responsible for erroneous data provided by manufacturers.


Article 7 : Returns

For reasons of hygiene, please understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In all cases, please contact customer service by e-mail.

You have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days and request a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions to be respected:

a- Condition of extensions and packaging
THE HYGIENE LABEL MUST NOT BE TORN OR DETACHED.

The package containing the extensions must be intact. The hair must be in its original condition. It must not have been unwrapped, brushed or even worn. Necklace must be in place.

 

b - Smell
The hair must be odorless. The presence of a perfume, treatment or shampoo odor will make the product ineligible for return and/or exchange.

c - Shipping
The return must be made in China after validation of the return conditions with technical support. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Any loss of the parcel before its arrival in our warehouses will be charged to you.

On receipt of the return, the refund will be made by the accounts department within 20 working days.

  • For payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the bank account linked to the card.
  • For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the Paypal account used at the time of the order.


Article 8 : Warranty and after-sales service

We guarantee products sold by standard exchange with the same new product for a period of 12 months. Certain products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of this warranty will be indicated on the product sheet. If it is not indicated, there is no manufacturer's warranty.
Any return of a product under warranty is subject to our prior agreement. To do so, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at the following address:

After-sales service processing time may vary from 2 to 30 working days depending on the product (time given as an indication). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Any product returned in poor condition, used or without its original packaging will not be reimbursed. The product must be received by us in new condition.


Article 9 : Limitation of liability

We decline all responsibility in the event that the product delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Hong Kong. We shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, notably of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of products. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products. We cannot be held responsible for the total or partial impossibility of using the products, notably due to incompatibility of equipment, nor can it give rise to any compensation or reimbursement.

Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present contract is subject to the law in force in Hong Kong.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
