What is the return procedure?

For certain hygiene reasons, understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered to be eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In any case, and at first please contact customer service by e-mail.

Conditions to respect:

1. The hygiene label should not be torn or taken off.

The package containing the extensions must be intact. The hair must be in its original state. They must not have been unpacked, brushed, or even worn. The necklace must be in place.
2. Hair should be odorless. The presence of a smell of perfume, a treatment or a shampoo will make the product ineligible to return and/or exchange.
3. The return must be made in China after validation of the return conditions with technical support. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any loss of the package before arriving in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

Upon receipt of the return, the reimbursement will be made within 20 working days by the Accounting Service.
- For a bank card settlement, the reimbursement will be credited to the account being connected.
- For a payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited on the original Paypal account of the order.

Please note: any product returned in poor condition, used or without its original packaging will not be reimbursed, the product must be received in new condition by our services.
