All our parcels are dispatched within 24/48 hours from our warehouses, except at weekends, when delivery takes between 3 and 8 working days. We also offer loss and theft insurance to guarantee your order during transit. Our products are sent in over-protected bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes for optimum protection during transport. 

Delivery is made to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Delivery times vary according to the carrier you have chosen, and are indicated in working days, from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery in the United States or Europe. The order is dispatched once the full amount of your order has been received. This lead time is given as an indication only. In any case, in the event of a delay in shipment of more than 21 days, you have the right to cancel your order within 60 working days.
In very rare cases, delivery times may exceed 3 weeks. This is due to the current global health crisis and/or to carrier failures during transit between countries.

The customer is required to have a mailbox that complies with postal standards, bears the customer's name and is in good condition. Superior Hair cannot be held responsible for any theft from the recipient's mailbox. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of an error or negligence on your part (incorrect address, no name on the letterbox, the fact that you did not collect the parcel from the post office, etc.), the cost of returning the products will be at your expense. Please note that these costs must be paid prior to reshipment.

In this case, we will exchange the product. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition, and the package must not have been opened. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the product upon presentation of proof.
